This publication explores the contributions of religion to global peacemaking. The authors of the respective chapters discuss instances when religion helps bring peace rather than conflict. The individual chapters highlight religious peacemaking initiatives through specific regional examples in South Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Southeastern Europe.
