Publication

This report presents several papers that address issues of arms control and weapons of mass destruction. The papers are organized in three sections: approaches to non-proliferation; exploration of regional contexts to non-proliferation; and examination of weapons of mass destruction and new threats. The papers pay special attention to the future of the Non-Proliferation Treaty and the changed global situation since the end of the Cold War.
