Publication

This publication outlines the United States Institute of Peace supported activities which develop new approaches to conflict management and peacemaking. It describes peacemaking activities targeted on conflicts in East Timor, the Middle East, Georgia and South Ossetia, the Transcaucasus, Sri Lanka, Northern Ireland, Algeria, Kosovo and Bosnia. The forms include Track II diplomacy, peacemaking training or use of the media for peacemaking.
