This thesis explores the merits of minority integration as a conflict regulation mechanism. The author tests the effect of integration by examining an OSCE program that aims to resolve conflict through minority integration in Georgia. The program targets an ethnic Armenian community living in the province Samtskhe-Javakheti. The author finds that the OSCE program has had a modest, but positive impact on minority integration.
