This report examines the prospects for political progress in Northern Ireland. In particular, it analyzes the potential restoration of the suspended institutions of the Good Friday Agreement. It highlights the flaws in the Agreement and mistakes made during its implementation and explores the prospects for reaching an improved accommodation.
