This publication looks at the risks the coronavirus crisis presents to Africa, as well as potential opportunities. In doing so, the text’s authors explore how the crisis could contribute to the regression of democracy on the continent as well as undermine existing trade agreement plans. They also outline three economic opportunities which will be present in a post Covid-19 Africa, where savvy investors could enter Africa or grow their share of the market on the continent.
