This article addresses the axes of cooperation in the foreign policy orientations of the South Caucasian republics. The author discusses the North-South (Armenia-Russia) and the East-West (Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey and the USA) orientations. She claims that these relations are not constant and exclusive but that they have turned out to be flexible.
