This paper contends that gender perspectives should play a greater role in the economic and social rebuilding of fragile post-conflict societies. Absent such approaches, women will continue to be victims of statelessness and human trafficking in high numbers. To help blunt these problems, the text’s authors close by providing options for the incoming Trump administration.
