According to Fabien Merz, state actors increasingly regard Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a key technology and a strategic resource. But how are Europeans, particularly France and Germany, positioning themselves in the context of the global race for AI supremacy? Merz suggests that Europe is proposing a model in which the application and development of AI is better regulated and ethically grounded.
