Managing European Security in a Globalized World: What is Its Future?

Shifting power balances and the US’s pivot toward Asia will inevitably impact Europe’s security. In this ISN-CSS Roundtable Discussion, Ambassador Fred Tanner discusses some of the challenges and opportunities Europe will confront as it seeks to safeguard itself in the future.
