The Christmas and New Year period provides us with an opportunity to revisit some previously covered issues and to address some new ones as well.

With the holiday season upon us, the ISN staff is going to take a much needed semi-break. We say “semi” because over the next two weeks we will be highlighting some of our most popular Special Features and ISN Blogs from the last year (in case you missed them) and some new Security Watch entries on the changing nature of contemporary security and conflict.
