This report chronicles nuclear weapons-related developments in South Asia from January 2005 to December 2005. It begins on 1 January 2005 with India and Pakistan exchanging nuclear site maps under agreement not to attack the other's nuclear installations. It also documents the AQ Khan nuclear proliferation scandal.
