This report assesses the 2005 EU-India Partnership Summit. It notes that the Summit focused on finalizing the Joint Action Plan, a comprehensive roadmap to strengthening strategic ties between India and the EU. The report presents remarks by EU Ambassador to India Francisco Camara Gomes, UK High Commissioner to India Michael Arthur, Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran and German Ambassador to India Heimo Richter. The concluding section details a question and answer session.
