Publication

This publication focuses on the important developments in the Asia-Pacific region in the last quarter of 2007. Each chapter examines a bilateral relationship in greater detail, with a special focus on the trends and initiatives shaping the state of bilateral and broader regional relations and stability. Prominent issues include (lack of) progress in the Six Party Talks and North Korea's adherence to agreements, the inauguration of the first ASEAN charter, and the various national elections which occurred during the period.
