This report assesses the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) arrangements for the law and justice sector in Papua New Guinea, which is supported by the Australian government's overseas aid program AusAid. It covers both the government of Papua New Guinea's and AusAID's M&E mechanisms, examining their content, development and convergence over time.
