September 2003 report examining whether the intelligence that informed the UK government's decision to invade Iraq was adequate and properly assessed and whether it was accurately reflected in government publications and announcements. Particular emphasis is given to the September 2002 dossier titled "Iraq’s Weapons of Mass Destruction – The Assessment of the British Government". The report also considers the conclusions of the Joint Intelligence Commitee from 1990 to 2003. The report does not judge whether the decision to invade Iraq was correct.
