This report provides information on the failure of the US intelligence community to provide accurate information on the Iraqi capabilities to produce, develop, and distribute weapons of mass destruction. The report explores the relationship between the production of intelligence and the making of policy, as reflected in the period prior to the war against Iraq in March 2003.
