The author provides the consumption and source for each type of energy, projects consumption upto 2015-2020 and assesses potential interruptions and US vulnerability to threats to its energy supply. He discusses remote security concerns from electronic data processing and computer security, concluding that the US is moderately secure in its energy supplies.
