This article discusses the foreign policy implications of Israel’s parliamentary elections in 2009 in which right-wing parties gained the majority of seats. The author argues that a Likud-centered coalition is likely to slow down the peace process with Palestine. Therefore, the US and the EU should use their influences to keep the peace process intact.
