This unclassified report summarizes the portions of the collective results of the review of the President's Surveillance Program (PSP). The PSP was established in the aftermath of 11 September to conduct a classified program to detect and prevent further attacks on the US. The review examines all the facts necessary to describe the establishment, implementation, product and use of the product of the Program.
