This journal analyzes a broad spectrum of topics in the Eurasia region. Specifically, the featured articles include an analysis of energy geopolitics in the Eastern Caspian region, an investigation into the motivations behind Russian interventions in Georgia from 1992-2008, and a case study on the Armenian diaspora and its capacity to influence the foreign policies of host countries. Additional articles explore the nature of Islamic culture in the Caucasus, the influence of external actors on the reform and development of the Kyrgyz political elite following the Tulip Revolution in March-April 2005, and the relevance of Kosovo's move toward independence as precedent for South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
