This expert survey seeks to gather and analyze the opinions of leading international specialists on two important aspects of the EU-Pakistan relationship. First, it examines how ongoing instability in Pakistan impacts European security concerns; and second, how EU policy should be shaped in order to prevent the Pakistani state from failing.
