This paper evaluates the projected benefits of agricultural trade liberalization and policy coherence from the Doha Development Round of the World Trade Organization (WTO). It takes into consideration forecasts from the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the WTO. The paper finds that the best economic modeling shows limited aggregate benefits for developing countries.
