This issue examines different aspects and successes of think tanks in order to strengthen their role in the western Balkans. Subsequently, it contains an article about think tanks in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia as well as as conclusions from the strong think tank culture in the US. The analysis part of the issue is concerned with European migration policy and its implications on Serbia as well as Montenegro's stated goal of joining NATO.
