This paper addresses the issue of crime in post-conflict Liberia. The authors focus first on theoretical frameworks, such as William Zartman's state collapse theory. The paper then reviews the relationship between peacekeeping and criminality by looking at UN Mission in Liberia's post conflict reconstruction programs. The authors conclude this analysis with broad recommendations.
