This conference report presents the outcome of a discussion between two high-level panelists on the subject of India-ASEAN cooperation. Dr Amita Batra explains what India has won by accepting this free trade agreements (FTA) with Southeast Asia. Ambassador An Ram explains the political and economic perspective that the adhesion of India has created for ASEAN countries. This report ends with questions by the former secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs of India, Rajiv sikri.
