This report discusses NATO's Af-Pak strategy implementing counterinsurgency and development efforts to the war in Afghanistan. The author argues that the strategy has a good chance of turning around the security situation in Afghanistan and improving the lives of the civilian population, provided the strategy is adequately resourced and properly implemented.
