This brief puts forward three suggestions on how to resolve the conflicts in the West Balkans with a special focus on Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Croatia. First, the authors suggest the EU curb internal anti-Balkan movements. Second, Brussels should encourage its Macedonian and Croatian A+ students. Finally, Turkey must act as front-row mediator.
