This is the classified report of the Italian investigation into the shooting of intelligence agent Nicola Calipari at a US roadblock in Baghdad on 4 March 2005. The report examines the events that led to Calipari's death on his mission to free kidnapped Italian journalist Giuliana Sgrena.
