This report covers relevant developments since the June 2009 Director General report to the Board of Governors on the implementation of the NPT Safeguards Agreement and relevant provisions of Security Council resolutions 1737, 1747, 1803 and 1835 in Iran. It includes updates on Iran's enrichment related activities, reprocessing activities, heavy water reactor-related projects, various implementation issues and possible military dimensions.
