This policy brief looks at the future of Turkish-Armenian relations following the signing of the protocols on the normalization of relations between the two powers on 10 October 2009. The authors look at the expectations, hopes and fears associated with the reopening of the border and the normalization of relations from the perspectives of four European capitals - Ankara, Yerevan, Baku, Moscow - and the EU.
