This paper examines India's technical training capacities across regions to determine the relatively weaker regions. The authors find that the northern and eastern regions are lacking, and argues that it is in the north that facilities are needed the most. They recommend Haryana as a suitable prospective location, due to its strategic geographic location and strong industrial base. The paper concludes by urging Singaporean training providers to strongly consider Haryana as a possible investment location.
