This edition of China Analysis focuses on China-India relations, with both states demonstrating pragmatism and realism in their approach to the other. China's India policy is seen as comprising short-term interests, but as having long-term effects. The articles discuss the surprisingly modest levels of trade between the two, China's strategy toward India and relations with the US and Pakistan.
