The Fundación para las Relaciones Internacionales y el Diálogo Exterior (FRIDE), Madrid and the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels joined together to undertake the present EU-Central Asia Monitoring (EUCAM) project, starting in September 2008. Over the last 18 months the project has aimed to raise the profile of the EU Strategy for Central Asia.
