As a response to the tense relations between Russia and the Euro-Atlantic community, we have recently seen a number of processes spring up -- i.e., the 'reset' of Russia-US relations, the 'reload' of NATO-Russia cooperation, and most recently, the 'reset' of EU-Russia relations. This volume draws together and highlights the main strands of these complex processes. In doing so, it provides a basis for understanding the Corfu and European Security Treaty (EST) processes, while also explaining how they relate to the North Atlantic Alliance.
