The reform of Serbia’s security sector in 2009 was very dynamic, at least concerning the standards of the sector. Namely, the national parliament of the Republic of Serbia adopted a set of laws for regulating the defense and security of Serbia. However, despite the fact that these documents will have a positive influence on the overall security sector, it is important to mention that certain solutions have caused great public concern.
