Publication

This paper provides an assessment of the mandate of Provincial Reconstruction Teams (PRTs) in Afghanistan, of NATO's Comprehensive Approach in Afghanistan and also discusses the success of the PRTs thus far. The author also questions whether PRTs meet the strategic challenges posed by the situation in Afghanistan.
