This interim report aims to contribute to the Fourth Biennial Meeting of States (BMS4) discussions by providing an analysis of national reports submitted by UN member states to the Secretary-General from January 2009 until May 2010. Accordingly, it focuses on the themes identified for consideration at BMS4.
