Could the suspension of trade between China and North Korea force Pyongyang to halt its nuclear program and instead focus its attention on its domestic economy? Could China be convinced to allow for regime change in Pyongyang if the US agrees to keep its troops out of North Korea? Finally, if war between the US and North Korea were to occur, is it feasible that China and the US could agree on how to rebuild North Korea in a post-Kim era?
