This paper summarizes the 10 core messages and themes from the 2008 seminar on "NATO and its Partners: Contributing to a Comprehensive Approach". The seminar was organized following NATO's reaffirmed commitment at the 2008 Bucharest Summit to a Comprehensive Approach to crisis management.
