On 19 October 2010 the European Commission published the mid-term review of the EU budget, evaluating revenues and expenditure and examining the management of EU finances. The Commission proposes to focus resources on the objectives of the “Europe 2020” economic strategy and analyze potential changes in financing the EU budget.
