This report is a summary of the findings of a study of positions taken and measures adopted to combat organised crime and terrorism in eight countries, namely Algeria, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa and Uganda. The measures are based on commitments that have been made by African countries in respect of human security, at various stages.
