This report calls for the Obama administration to take advantage of the upcoming OSCE summit in Astana to plant the flag of the US in Central Asia and to advance the vision of a more robust Eurasian dimension to the OSCE. It offers recommendations for how the organization can enhance transparency and conflict resolution mechanisms in Eurasia and throughout the 56 member-states of the OSCE.
