Publication

This paper is a summary of a seminar held in April 2010 which explored the evolving relationship between the United Nations and African institutions, including the African Union and sub-regional organizations, in developing a new peace and security architecture. It highlighted reasons for hope and optimism despite entrenched problems in certain areas of the continent.
