Publication

The 2008 IPI New York Seminar brought together participants from forty-six Permanent Missions to the UN and four nongovernmental organizations to examine the shortcomings in international responses to armed conflict and to debate new strategies for strengthening them. This report summarizes and reflects on the key points that emerged at the seminar.
