Nothing and no one can today refute the abysmal state of relations between Serbs and Albanians. This perceived animosity is well reported in the papers and in the news, is carefully examined by historians and political scientists, and is frequently revisited in political discourses. To argue differently would be one utopian venture. But this cannot be accepted.
