This paper presents the views of political diplomatic and military circles in Turkey with respect to the prolonged deployment of US tactical nuclear weapons on Turkish soil. It concludes that Turkey, preferably together with other NATO members, should take the initiative in asking the US to draw them down and remove them entirely.
