In 2011 Serbia arrested and delivered Ratko Mladić, the former commander of Bosnian Serb troops, to the tribunal in The Hague. The author argues that this act confirms Serbia’s cooperation with the international tribunal, which was one of the main conditions for its integration with the EU.
