The need for greater coordination and cooperation between UN missions operating in geographic proximity is more pressing than ever before. Informed by extensive hands-on UN experience, this report draws out lessons from the field in order to identify new areas for policy consideration and to propose a set of concrete recommendations for more effective operational interaction between UN missions.
