The concept of “cyber statecraft” has not yet been thought of as a strategic approach to securing the cyber domain, but will prove to be decidedly valuable in addressing cyber concerns in the future. Cyberspace has over the course of a few decades become central to the US economy, society, and military. However, this dependence should not be a revelation, as it has been highlighted by each of the last three US administrations.
